Vincent Morelli founded Caliber Aircraft Solutions in 2018 with a clear mission: to deliver transparent pricing, conflict-free guidance, and ethical representation for aircraft buyers and sellers. Built on the principle that clients—especially those new to aircraft ownership—deserve clear education and honest counsel, Caliber was designed to guide owners confidently through every stage of the ownership journey, from initial evaluation to long-term asset strategy.

Before launching Caliber, Vincent advanced through leadership roles at Dassault Falcon Jet, where he oversaw maintenance operations, regulatory compliance, and complex client coordination within a premier OEM service environment. His firsthand experience inside a flagship business aircraft repair facility gives him a distinct advantage in transactions—allowing him to accurately assess aircraft condition, anticipate maintenance exposure, and strategically position assets to protect value.

Michael Rust
Vice President of Aircraft Sales
Mike Rust serves as Vice President of Aircraft Sales at Caliber Aircraft, bringing extensive leadership experience across business aviation operations, fleet management, and client services. He is known for his strategic, relationship driven approach and for partnering with aircraft owners and operators to support informed, well aligned ownership and fleet decisions.

Prior to joining Caliber, Mike held senior leadership roles at Jet Aviation and Wing Aviation Group, where he led large, multi-functional teams supporting hundreds of managed aircraft. His deep operational background allows him to work closely with Caliber’s brokerage professionals to ensure aircraft transactions are informed by real world operational insight, mission alignment, and long-term ownership considerations.
