Vincent Morelli
Founder & CEO
Vincent Morelli brings nearly two decades of corporate aviation experience, having begun his career at age 18. He rose rapidly to become the youngest Project Manager at Dassault Falcon’s flagship maintenance facility at KILG, where he managed complex aircraft projects including pre-purchase inspections, major maintenance events, avionics upgrades, and refurbishments.

He founded Caliber Aircraft as a technical consulting firm, which under his leadership has evolved into a respected and well-established private aircraft brokerage. Leveraging his deep technical foundation and transaction expertise, Vincent has advised on countless aircraft acquisitions and sales, earning Caliber a strong reputation within the global brokerage community for precision, integrity, and results.

Michael Rust
Vice President of Aircraft Sales
Mike Rust serves as Vice President of Aircraft Sales at Caliber Aircraft, bringing extensive leadership experience across business aviation operations, fleet management, and client services. He is known for his strategic, relationship driven approach and for partnering with aircraft owners and operators to support informed, well aligned ownership and fleet decisions.

Prior to joining Caliber, Mike held senior leadership roles at Jet Aviation and Wing Aviation Group, where he led large, multi-functional teams supporting hundreds of managed aircraft. His deep operational background allows him to work closely with Caliber’s brokerage professionals to ensure aircraft transactions are informed by real world operational insight, mission alignment, and long-term ownership considerations.
