He is known for his strategic, relationship driven approach and for partnering with aircraft owners and operators to support informed, well aligned ownership and fleet decisions.

Prior to joining Caliber, Mike held senior leadership roles at Jet Aviation and Wing Aviation Group, where he led large, multi-functional teams supporting hundreds of managed aircraft. His deep operational background allows him to work closely with Caliber’s brokerage professionals to ensure aircraft transactions are informed by real world operational insight, mission alignment, and long-term ownership considerations.
